REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!!!.

Welcome to the Moorestown Youth Flag Football League (MYFFL) website.
My name is Bob West and I will be serving as the commissioner of the Moorestown Flag Football League in 2008. The MYFFL is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to providing a recreational program of Flag Football for the youth of Moorestown, NJ. The MYFFL emphasizes inclusion of all players in every game, skill development and good sportmanship. The MYFFL offers a great experience for all involved and continues to grow in size and popularity every year.

Enrollment is open to boys and girls who live or go to school in Moorestown, NJ from 1st grade to High School. The 2008 season will start September 8th and end November 22nd.

I would like to extend to everyone a personal invitation to be a part of a great group of volunteers that dedicate their time to providing a great time for all involved. When you volunteer your time, we place you in a position with another volunteer who has some experience so that your involvement would be a smooth transition into our group.
Our next regularly scheduled meeting is June 5th at the New Albany Recreation Center (by Jeff Young Park). The meeting begins at 7:30 pm and we attempt to be done by 8:30 PM. All members are welcome and urged to attend so that we can make this coming season another successful season and an enriching experience for our children.
Registration will take place this year from May 15th to June 15th and will be handled exclusively over the internet via our website. We are gearing up for this very important time of registration and we need your help in the following committee and coordinator positions.

The Game times for the 2008 Season will be as follows:
Sunday - Practice Day
Monday - Game Day
6th Grade - 6pm - 7:15pm
9th - 12th Grade 7:30pm - 8;45pm
Tuesday - Practice Day
Wednesday - Game Day
5th Grade - 6:00pm - 7:15pm
7th/8th Grade - 7:30 - 8:45pm
Thursday - Practice Day
Friday - Game Day
3rd Grade - 6:00pm - 7:15pm
4th Grade - 7:30pm - 8:45pm
Saturday - Game Day
1st Grade - 1:30pm - 2:45pm
2nd Grade - 3:00pm - 4:15pm
Meetings will be held on one Thursday of each month at the New Albany Recreation Center from 7:30PM and we usually finish up by 8:30 PM. The Meeting Schedule for the year is as follows:
March 13th, April 17th, May 8th, June 5th, July 10th, August 7th, September 11th, October 2nd, November 13th and December 4th.
The meetings follow an agenda and we will move through the items quickly as I respect your time and will make our time together productive. The meeting will start promptly at 7:30 PM

The mission of Moorestown Youth Flag Football is to ensure a fun experience by providing physical activity and encouraging full participation. Fundamental skills of football will be taught while incorporating values of teamwork, responsibility and sportsmanship. Every participant will be given the chance to learn the fundamental skills of every position and be able to apply those skills in games.
