2009 Ratings Form - All coaches must use this form to fill out their player evaluations and return to your COORDINATOR as an excel file electronically. Please save your file like this sample "2009 Ratings 4th Grade Eagles" with your grade and team name. These files will be merged ELECTRONICALLY so please do not fax, text or send information on paper plates to us. This information should be prepared carefully and accurately as it is critical to the success of the league in future years! Thanks!
2010 Combined Senior and Junior Rules * - This document presents this year's updated rules for all leagues including junior divisions (grades 1-5) and senior divisions (grades 6-12). The rules have been updated to address a few clarifications. These rules serve as the basis for all referee training sessions.
